Returns

At SuperFan Fightwear, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.  

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.  

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@superfanfightwear.com with your order details.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before shipment. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@superfanfightwear.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

• Sale items
• Gift cards

We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, stained, washed or altered by the customer. When trying on your shorts, please take care to avoid makeup, deodorant and other marks.

This does not affect returns relating to items that arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy and place a new order for your preferred item.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received, inspected and approved. All new orders are subject to availability.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
